The master plan for the groundbreaking residential project Am Lokdepot, developed by Berlin’s ROBERTNEUN™ architects and Atelier Loidl landscapers, is spectacular as well. Stan Hema advised UTB, the property development company in charge, in clarifying the project concept and brand, and developed unified brand communication as well. The communication media reference the modular concept developed by the architects, and meet the information needs of choosy individualists. The brand was developed with the target of focusing on architectural quality, setting it apart from common real estate marketing. The sales figures speak for themselves.
