Mathias Illgen finished his master’s degree in business with a focus on marketing and business psychology at the Technical University of Dresden. After starting his career at Gruner + Jahr, he switched to MetaDesign in 1999, where he was a client services director and a member of the management board. Mathias Illgen is a co-founder of Stan Hema. Along with Stephanie Kurz he is responsible for strategic consulting, and is the managing director of the agency.
